Helping my neighbour pays!

I got home today to find out my neighbour had asked her carer to deliver a card with a thank you note inside as well as a £10 note to treat ourselves with a drink on her. I feel awful about accepting the money but I don't want to offend by handing it back. We pressed the intercom and said thank you to her and we had a brief conversation. I wonder if she'll start being more involved now? Probably not but I hope she doesn't feel so intimidated.
